How to Learn to Delegate

I’ve been writing a lot about the journey to break free of billable hours, and transitioning to a more scalable business.  Afterall, that’s the number one challenge that all of the freelancers I talk to face.

For me, the number one hurdle to overcome during this journey was learning to delegate effectively.  Or, put another way, avoid getting frustrated, lose money, and give up, only to resort back to doing everything myself!

So I wrote today’s article for you.  The creative professional who’s used to working in pixels, code, and spending your time creating.  I know how difficult it can be to hand off parts of your work to someone else.  I’ve been there.
